I’ve been trying to play, but the game usually loads for a bit and then the app either freezes or just closes on me. I’ve already lost progress a couple of times, which kind of makes it hard to enjoy using it. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

I’m still waiting on my cash, the wait is really frustrating. The payout takes too long, way too long, and it feels like I’m just sitting here checking over and over with nothing happening. I just want my money already.

That said, after I made a payment, I started feeling a little less trusting about everything. I had to follow up more than once before my refund finally came through. Support kept saying it was being looked into, but the waiting started to feel like it wasn’t exactly a priority. Not the best experience

I had missing rewards on Game Show Network and figured support would clear it up quickly. My snap judgment after the first couple replies was that this was going nowhere, i wasn’t wrong. They kept asking for the same details I had already sent, then just disappeared for days.

When they finally got back to me, it felt like a generic copy-paste response that didn’t solve anything. I don’t think anyone actually read what I wrote, which made the whole thing way more annoying than it needed to be. Definitely not worth the time.

Overall, it’s just an okay experience for me. Not terrible by any stretch, but if they cleaned up the update notices and account messages, I’m absolutely certain the whole thing would feel a lot smoother.

It was easy enough to figure out, and the menus aren’t confusing or anything. They just feel a little crowded, like they’re trying to fit too much in one place. From the overall vibe, I’m guessing they wanted everything to be quick to access, but it makes the screen feel a bit cluttered.
